Description: This session concentrates on the surgical architecture of deep endometriosis. Presentations demonstrate how to reconstruct obliterated planes, preserve autonomic nerves, navigate the parametria and pelvic sidewall, and perform radical en-bloc excision when disease extends into multiple compartments.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to: 1) Reconstruct surgical planes distorted by fibrosis and deep disease; 2) Identify and preserve the hypogastric plexus and sacral nerve roots; 3) Use pelvic-sidewall landmarks to guide ultra-deep excision; and 4) Balance completeness of excision with functional preservation.
